Have to cancel? We hate to see you go. You can cancel your membership from My Account -> Manage My Membership and click “Cancel”. Note that this doesn’t delete your account or any personal information. It simply suspends the membership and any ongoing shipments.
You can reactivate your account with just a click - go to My Account -> Manage My Membership and click “Reactivate Account”. You’ll be prompted to confirm your shipment box or put together a new one for the new you!
To permanently delete your account, you’ll first need to deactivate it using the steps above. You’ll then see the option to Delete Account in My Account -> Manage My Membership. This deletes all the data you have shared with us, but note that once it’s deleted it cannot be recovered. If you join up in the future, you’ll be starting from scratch, so we recommend against it if you’re just looking to temporarily pause your service.
